You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return of products and ask for a refund of these products. Refunds will only be granted on the return of your original package (excluding order returns).

These products must be returned in their original condition, the products must be able to be put back in stock. Any product returned damaged, in particular due to a lack of protection in unsuitable packaging, will be considered as a damaged product and will not be refunded. 

If the returned products are in conformity, the refund will then be initiated. As a reminder, if you return your entire order, the products offered must also be returned or they will be deducted from your final refund.

Any product returned that is not compliant will not be eligible for a refund or return to the recipient. These products will be disposed of directly by our teams.
