We are happy to answer your messages within 24 hours - Monday to Friday - from 10 am to 6 pm. For all requests made on public holidays, we will take note of your messages the following day. For all orders placed, any complaint must be made within 14 days after the date of receipt of the package, as declared by the carrier.

The deadlines can vary according to the periods of the year like at Christmas, because we are largely invited to exchange with you.
