Customer Account

Log in to your customer account

To connect to your Niets space, click on "Connection" at the top right of the screen. Simply enter your email address and password and confirm!. If your accesses do not work, please check that your customer account has been activated beforehand.

Create your customer account

Create a Niets customer account by clicking on "Login" at the top right of the screen, then "Create an Account" and let us guide you. Creating your Niets account will only take a few seconds.

I can't access my customer account

We invite you to check that you have activated your account through the email you received after placing your order, it may not be active even if you have already placed several orders. If your account has not been activated, please contact us and we

Change your password

You can choose to change the password for your Niets account at any time. Click on "Login", then on "Forgot Password". You will then receive an email allowing you to reset it.

Register my delivery addresses

You can save your delivery addresses to avoid having to enter them when validating your order. To do this, go to your Niets space and then to "My Addresses". You can then add, modify or delete your favourite addresses.

How do I delete my customer account?
