We invite you to contact us as soon as possible during our opening hours with the necessary information and we will try to change the address if the parcel has not already been picked up by our order pickers.

If your details can no longer be changed, we recommend that you contact the carrier to try to change the address.

If this is not possible, the parcel will be shipped to the address you provided in the first place.
